摘要
当前我国食品标识信息失实、包装材料安全把控不严,追溯体系建设滞后等问题仍较为突出,急需采取有效措施予以改进。本文在系统分析食品包装与标识管理薄弱环节的基础上,从强化标识内容审核、优化包材检测技术、升级安全标准和建立全面追溯体系等方面提出了提升食品安全监管水平的对策建议,以期为我国食品安全治理体系和治理能力现代化建设提供参考。
Currently,there are still prominent issues in China,such as inaccurate food labeling information,lax control of packaging material safety,and lagging construction of traceability systems.Effective measures are urgently needed to improve them.Based on a systematic analysis of the weak links in food packaging and labeling management,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of food safety supervision from aspects such as strengthening the review of labeling content,optimizing packaging material testing technology,upgrading safety standards,and establishing a comprehensive traceability system,in order to provide reference for the modernization of China’s food safety governance system and governance capacity.
