基于模糊综合评价法考核原材料供应商服务情况的研究

摘要 随着高校后勤服务社会化的推进,精确评估供应商服务水平越发关键。为建立一个量化评估高校餐饮原材料供应商的体系,本研究采用模糊综合评价法构建一个评估矩阵,确定15个评价指标的权重分布,并将考核结果归一化计算分项得分。综合测算结果显示,某校甲供应商在货品品质方面得分为4.05分,高于其价格情况、服务质量得分;甲供应商综合评价得分3.86分,略高于乙供应商的3.82分。该体系无须复杂的专业统计软件,多角度考核供应商的供货服务水平,并实现不同供应商间的定量比较,为提高高校后勤管理水平提供数据支持。 With the advancement of the socialization of college logistics services,accurately assessing the service level of suppliers has become increasingly critical.To establish a quantitative evaluation system for college catering raw material suppliers,this study employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct an evaluation matrix,determining the weight distribution of 15 evaluation indicators,and calculate the sub-score by normalization of the evaluation results.Comprehensive calculation results show that a certain school’s supplier A scored 4.05 in terms of product quality,which is higher than its scores in price and service quality;the overall evaluation score for supplier A is 3.86,slightly higher than that of supplier B at 3.82.Without the need for complex professional statistical software,the study evaluates the suppliers’supply service level from multiple perspectives and enables quantitative comparison between different suppliers,providing data support for improving the management level of college logistics.
