为深入探讨全球化背景下食品贸易的发展趋势及其面临的挑战。本文概述了全球化和食品贸易的基本概念,进而分析了全球化对食品贸易的多方面影响,通过审视技术创新、全球供应链整合、消费者行为变化及政策环境与国际规范演变等关键因素,揭示食品贸易在全球化推动下的新动态。同时指出食品贸易在全球化进程中存在着食品安全与质量控制、环境可持续性、跨国法规合规性以及国际贸易摩擦与保护主义倾向等问题,并提出相应的应对策略。
To explore in depth the development trends and challenges faced by food trade in the context of globalization.This article provides an overview of the basic concepts of globalization and food trade,and then analyzes the multifaceted impact of globalization on food trade.By examining key factors such as technological innovation,global supply chain integration,changes in consumer behavior,and the evolution of policy environment and international norms,it reveals the new dynamics of food trade under the promotion of globalization.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are issues with food safety and quality control,environmental sustainability,cross-border regulatory compliance,as well as international trade frictions and protectionist tendencies in the process of globalization in food trade,and corresponding response strategies are proposed.
