培养复杂工程问题解决能力的同步施工技术虚拟实验

Research on Virtual Experiment of Synchronous Construction Technology for Cultivating the Ability to Solve Complex Engineering Problems

摘要 为在新工科建设背景下培养能解决复杂工程问题的卓越工程人才,针对机械专业工程实验存在的高成本、低效率等问题,以液压同步提升技术为例,探索同步施工技术虚拟实验的开展。结合专业课程与工程实践构建实验项目教学体系,按照云平台的框架构建实验平台,遵循层层递进的知识体系设计实验内容。依托Unity3D和ThingJS平台开发“基础认知-实践操作-探究性实验”等实验模块,构建虚拟液压同步提升场景,设置各项实验交互任务。设置实验过程与实验结果并重的评价体系,可用于高校机械专业学生的相关教学,对优化实验教学资源、提高教学质量有重要意义。 Under the background of new engineering construction,in order to cultivate outstanding engineering capable of solving complex engineering problems,hydraulic synchronous lifting technology is used as an example to explore the development of virtual experiments on synchronous construction technology.The experiment also solves problems of traditional engineering experiments of mechanical major such as high cost,low efficiency and others.The experimental project construction system is constructed by combining professional courses and actual projects,the experimental platform is constructed according to the framework of the cloud platform,and the experimental content is designed according to the progressive knowledge system.Three major experimental modules of"Basic Cognition-Practical Operation-Exploratory Experiment"are developed using the Unity3D and ThingJS platforms,through which a virtual hydraulic synchronous lifting scenario is constructed and various experimental interactive tasks are set up.The experiment incorporates an evaluation system that emphasizes both the process and the results.The experiment can be used for relevant teaching of mechanical major students in universities,and is of great significance to optimizing experimental teaching resources and improving teaching quality.
