构建科教企融合式实验教学模式的探究

摘要 为了全面提高草业科学专业创新人才的培养质量,构建了科教企协同融合的实验教学模式。该模式创建了多学科交叉融合的草业科学实验教学体系,搭建了教学实验室—高新科研平台—野外试验站—行业企业等多元化的实践教学平台体系,建立了院士领衔的实验课程教学团队发展成长体系,融汇了创新实践内容—平台—指导—竞赛于一体,以科教企协同融合支撑学生的自主创新创业;从课程思政、以能力培养为核心的课程教学、学科特色教学资源和有组织的教学研究等方面开展了实验教学体系的综合改革建设,夯实学生的创新创业实践基础。该模式显著提高了创新人才培养质量,支撑了兰州大学获批建设国家级一流草业科学专业和草学学科。 To comprehensively improve the quality of cultivating innovative talents in grassland science major,an experimental teaching model is constructed through the collaborative integration of science,education,and enterprises.In this model,an experimental teaching system of interdisciplinary integration for grassland science major is created.A diversified practical teaching platform system is established that includes teaching laboratory,high-tech research platform,field testing station,and industry enterprises.A development system for the experimental course teaching team led by academicians is established.The content,platform,guidance and competition for innovative practice are integrated to support student autonomy innovation and entrepreneurship through collaborative integration between science,education,and enterprises.The comprehensive reform of experimental teaching system are carried out from the aspects of course ideological and political education,course teaching with ability cultivation as the core,subject specific teaching resources,information technology based teaching means,and organized teaching research.In order to consolidate the student innovation and entrepreneurship practice foundation,science,education and enterprises are integrated.This model significantly improves the quality of innovative talent cultivation,it supports the approval and construction of national“grassland science”first-class major and discipline.
