国有炼化企业在国民经济和社会发展中有着至关重要的位置。为了适应新时代的挑战和变化,新型炼化企业Q公司针对其内设机构组织绩效考核体系存在的战略引领不足、考核导向指引性不强、指标设置不合理、考核规则及标准不完善、考核程序未固化、激励效果不佳等问题,结合管理实践经验,不断提高组织绩效管理水平,努力构建具有现代化新型炼化企业特色的组织绩效管理体系,助力提升企业卓越运营管理能力,持续增强企业核心竞争力。
State owned refining and chemical enterprises play a crucial role in the national economy and social development.In order to adapt to the challenges and changes of the new era,Q Company,a new type of refining and chemical enterprise,has addressed the problems of insufficient strategic guidance,weak guidance of assessment orientation,unreasonable indicator setting,incomplete assessment rules and standards,uncured assessment procedures,and poor incentive effects in its internal organizational performance evaluation system.Based on management practice experience,Q Company's improvement of its organizational performance management level,striving to establish an organizational performance management system with modern characteristics of new refining and chemical enterprises,helps to enhance the enterprise's excellent operational capabilities,and strengthens its core competitiveness continuously.
