With the development of the society economy,geological work is facing a new situation,new tasks and new requirements.cultural building of geological team is particularly important.Excellent geological culture plays an important role in improving brand influence and worker’s sense of belonging.How to strengthen the cultural building and communication of geological team to promote the high-quality development.Combined with the specif ic practices of the geological team,this paper discusses the feasible ways from the aspects of ideological construction,propaganda,ideology and so on.
