摘要 CDIO工程教育模式强调以项目为载体,通过构思、设计、实现、运作等环节,培养学生的工程实践能力和创新意识。文章探讨了CDIO教学模式在医用化学教学改革中的应用,包括病例导向教学、项目式实验、跨学科药物合成实践、虚拟仿真技术应用等方面。实践案例表明,将CDIO理念引入医用化学教学,有助于提升学生的专业知识、实践能力、创新思维和团队协作等核心素养,为培养高素质创新药学人才提供了新思路和新方法。 The CDIO engineering education model emphasizes cultivating students’engineering practice abilities and innovative awareness through project-based learning,covering the stages of Conceive,Design,Implement,and Operate.This paper explores the application of the CDIO teaching model in the teaching reform of medical chemistry,including case-based teaching,project-based experiments,interdisciplinary drug synthesis practice,and the application of virtual simulation technology.Practical cases show that incorporating the CDIO concept into medical chemistry teaching helps enhance students’core competencies,including professional knowledge,practical ability,innovative thinking,and teamwork.It provides new ideas and methods for training high-quality innovative pharmaceutical talents.
