摘要 Innovene气相聚丙烯反应器运行周期短,经常因为浮动端轴承温度高而被迫停车检修。在检修中,发现浮动端封头内部异常积粉;轴承损坏严重,滚柱变形;唇形密封磨损严重,基本失效。通过研究分析反应器的运行工况,并结合检修现象,从浮动端封头内部细粉来源、轴承及唇形密封异常磨损为切入点,找到了影响反应器稳定运行的原因及措施,为装置长周期平稳生产奠定了基础。 Innovene polypropylene process reactor has a short operation cycle and is often stopped for maintenance due to high floating bearing temperature.Abnormal accumulation of powder inside the floating end head will be found in inspection.Bearing damage is serious,roller deformation;Lip seal wear serious,basic failure.By studying and analyzing the operation condition of the reactor,combined with the maintenance phenomenon,the reasons and measures affecting the stable operation of the reactor were found from the source of f ine powder inside the floating end head,abnormal wear of the bearing and lip seal,which laid the foundation for the stable production of the device in a long period.
