新文科视角下电子商务法教学体系的数字法学转型

摘要 电子商务法作为数字领域法学建设的先行学科应进一步适应社会数字化转型的加速,重构成为数字法学领域的基础性学科。为此,应在既有规范体系之上引入新文科视角下的学科范畴和教学方法,实现从数字议题向法律命题、从教学知识到体系构建的学科改进,实现数字技术、人文社科与规范体系的跨学科、跨维度交叉,引导学生对于技术的综合理解和应用。 As the pioneering subject in the construction of digital law,electronic commerce law should further adapt to the acceleration of social digital transformation and become a basic subject in the field of digital law.Therefore,it is needed to introduce subject fields and teaching methods from the perspective of new liberal arts on the basis of the existing normative system to realize the discipline improvement from digital issues to legal propositions,achieve the interdisciplinary and cross-dimensional intersection of digital technology,humanities and social sciences and normative system,and guide students to have a comprehensive understanding and application of technology.
