Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of the Teaching System of Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum in Adult Colleges

成人高等教育因其自身生源结构多样,注重社会性、实用性和开放的教学时空等特点,在课程思政教学体系建设中存在缺乏针对性设计、思政教育与知识教育融合不充分、专业课教师与思政课教师协同不够、教学形式和网络课程载体弱化思政教学效果等问题,需要从多维度设计课程体系、正确处理价值引领与知识传授的关系、加强教师间的协作和发挥好网络教学优势等方面完善课程思政教学体系。

Due to its characteristics of diverse sources of students and the focus on socialized,practical and open teaching time and space,adult higher education has problems in the construction of the teaching system of ideological and political education in curriculum,such as lack of targeted design,insufficient integration of ideological and political education and knowledge education,insufficient coordination between professional teachers and ideological and political teachers,and the weakening of ideological and political teaching effect by teaching forms and network curriculum carriers.It is necessary to improve the teaching system of ideological and political education in curriculum in the aspects of multi-dimensional design of curriculum system,correctly handling the relationship between value leading and knowledge imparts,strengthening the cooperation among teachers and giving full play to the advantages of the online teaching.
