产教融合视角下大学生高质量充分就业策略研究——以轨道类高职院校为例

Research on Strategies of the High-Quality Full Employment of College Students from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education:Taking Railway Higher Vocational Colleges as Examples

当前,大学生就业形势严峻,分析高职院校大学生高质量充分就业面临的现实问题,并基于产教融合视角,提出深化机制、聚焦构建产教融合共同体、搭建产教融合平台的人才培养模式、完善就业服务育人体系等实践性对策,能够为推动轨道类高职院校大学生高质量充分就业提供新的思路和借鉴。

At present,the college students'employment is in a severe situation.This paper analyzes practical problems faced by higher vocational college students in the aspect of high-quality full employment.And from the perspective of the integration of production and education,it proposes practical countermeasures such as deepening the mechanism,focusing on constructing a community of the production and education integration,building a talent training model of the integration platform of production and education,and improving the practical policies such as the employment service education system,so as to provide new ideas and references for railway higher vocational college students in the aspect of the high-quality full employment.
