联合添加腐殖酸钠和酸化剂对黄羽肉鸡血液指标的影响

Effect of combined supplementation with sodium humate and acidifier on blood indicators of yellow-feathered broilers

摘要 为分析饲粮联合添加腐殖酸钠和酸化剂对黄羽肉鸡血浆生化指标、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和游离氨基酸的影响,本研究选取540只42日龄的黄羽肉鸡,按照体重随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂无抗生素的基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂联合添加0.5%和1%腐殖酸钠和酸化剂的试验饲粮。试验为期21 d,试验结束时,每个重复选2只鸡进行采血,测定血液生化指标、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,0.5%组黄羽肉鸡的血浆中总蛋白(TP)和葡萄糖(GLU)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和尿素(UREA)的含量则显著降低(P<0.05);1%组黄羽肉鸡血浆中总蛋白(TP)和葡萄糖(GLU)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。与对照组和1%组相比,0.5%组肉鸡血浆中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。2)与对照组相比,0.5%组肉鸡血浆的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组和1%组相比,0.5%组肉鸡血浆中丙二醛(MDA)的含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,0.5%组肉鸡血浆中白细胞介素-22(IL-22)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.5%组和1%组肉鸡血浆中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,0.5%和1%组肉鸡血浆中赖氨酸(Lys)、缬氨酸(Val)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丝氨酸(Ser)和必需氨基酸(EAA)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。与1%组相比,对照组和0.5%组肉鸡血浆中组氨酸(His)的含量显著提高(P<0.05);此外,0.5%组肉鸡血浆中Lys、Asp、Ser和EAA的浓度极显著提高(P<0.01)。与对照组和1%组相比,0.5%组肉鸡血浆中亮氨酸(Leu)、蛋氨酸(Met)、丙氨酸(Ala)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量显著提高(P<0.05),异亮氨酸(Ile)、苏氨酸(Thr)、非必需氨基酸(NEAA)和总氨基酸(TAA)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。综上,饲粮联合添加一定比例的腐殖酸钠和酸化剂可有效改善黄羽肉鸡机体内的代谢水平,提高血浆游离氨基酸水平,增强机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能,且添加0.5%的效果优于1%。 In order to investigate the effects of dietary combined supplementation with sodium humate and acidifier on plasma biochemical indexes,antioxidant capacity,immune function and free amino acids of yellow-feathered broilers.In this study,a total of 540 yellow-feathered broilers aged 42 days were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to body weight with six replicates and 30 replicates each.The control group was fed the basal diet without antibiotics,and the test group was fed the test diets supplemented with 0.5%and 1%compound acidulants,respectively.The test was 21 d,and at the end of the test,two chickens per replicate were selected for blood collection and blood biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity,immune function and free amino acid content were determined.The results showed that:1)Compared with the control group,the plasma levels of total protein(TP)and glucose(GLU)in yellow-feathered broilers in the 0.5%group were highly significantly increased(P<0.01),while the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity and urea(UREA)were significantly decreased(P<0.05);in the 1%group the plasma levels of total protein(TP)and glucose(GLU)in yellow-feathered broilers were highly significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control and 1%groups,the plasma content of highdensity lipoprotein(HDL)in broilers in the 0.5%group was highly significantly decreased(P<0.01).2)Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of broiler plasma in the 0.5%group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control and 1%groups,malondialdehyde(MDA)content of broiler plasma was highly significantly reduced in the 0.5%group(P<0.01).3)Compared with the control group,the content of interleukin-22(IL-22)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the plasma of broilers in the 0.5%group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the content of broiler plasma and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the 0.5%and 1%groups were highly significantly increased(P<0.01).4)Compared with the control group,the content of lysine(Lys),valine(Val),aspartic acid(Asp),serine(Ser)and essential amino acids(EAA)in the plasma of broilers in the 0.5%and 1%groups was highly significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the 1%group,the content of histidine(His)in the plasma of broilers in the control and 0.5%groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);moreover,the concentrations of Lys,Asp,Ser and EAA in the plasma of broilers in the 0.5%group were highly significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control and 1%groups,the content of leucine(Leu),methionine(Met),alanine(Ala)and proline(Pro)in the plasma of broilers in the 0.5%group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of isoleucine(Ile),threonine(Thr),non-essential amino acids(NEAA),and total amino acids(TAA)were highly significantly increased(P<0.01).In summary,dietary supplementation with certain percentage of sodium humate and acidifier can effectively improve the yellow-feathered broiler's metabolic level in the organism,improve plasma free amino acid level,and enhance the organism's antioxidant ability and immune function,and the effect of adding 0.5%is better than 1%.
