金花清感颗粒联合利巴韦林注射液治疗病毒性肺炎疗效研究

Efficacy of Jinhua Qinggan Granules combined with ribavirin injection in treatment of viral pneumonia

目的观察金花清感颗粒联合利巴韦林注射液治疗病毒性肺炎(VP)临床疗效。方法将两院90例VP患者随机分为研究组与对照组各45例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗研究组在对照组的治疗基础上联合金花清感颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状和体征消失时间,比较两组治疗前后症状严重程度、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)和胸片吸收评分、白细胞计数(WBC)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、T淋巴细胞和NK细胞比例(CD3^(+)比例、CD4^(+)比例、CD8^(+)比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK比例)、肠道细菌数量。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)研究组体温恢复、咳嗽消失、肺啰音消失、病毒核酸转阴时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状严重程度评分、CPIS和胸片吸收评分、WBC和hs-CRP水平、CD8^(+)比例、肠球菌和肠杆菌基因拷贝数均低于治疗前,研究组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD3^(+)比例、CD4^(+)比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK比例、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌基因拷贝数均高于治疗前,研究组上述指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用金花清感颗粒联合利巴韦林注射液治疗VP疗效显著,可促进症状和体征消退,降低症状严重程度,抑制炎症,改善免疫功能,调节肠道细菌数量。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinhua Qinggan Granule s combined with ribavirin injection in treatment of viral pneumonia(VP).Methods A total of 90 VP cases were randomly divided into study group and control group,with45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ribavirin injection,while study group was treated with Jinhua Qinggan Granules on the basis of control group.The two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,time to disappearance of symptoms and signs,symptom severity,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and chest X-ray absorption score,white blood cell count(WBC)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)concentration,and the proportion of T lymphocytes,NK cells(CD3^(+)ratio,CD4^(+)ratio,CD8^(+)ratio,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and NK ratio and the gut bacteria count)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the time of body temperature recovery,cough disappearance,pulmonary rales disappearance and viral nucleic acid conversion time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);the symptom severity,CPIS and chest X-ray absorption scores,WBC and hs-CRP levels,CD8^(+)ratio,Enterococcal and Enterobacteriaceae gene copies in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05);the proportion of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),NK,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus gene copies in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and were higher in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinhua Qinggan Granules combined with ribavirin injection has a significant curative effect in treatment of VP,which can promote the resolution of symptoms and signs,reduce the severity of symptoms,inhibit inflammation,improve immunity,and regulate the number of intestinal bacteria.
