摘要
随着数字经济背景下区块链技术的发展及应用场景的变化,文化数字产业经营方式发生变革。目前,博物馆数字文创产业的发展存在文化IP开发程度不够、产品同质化严重、法规制度尚不健全等问题。本文结合博物馆区块链数字文创热点案例,提出重点提升文化IP独特性和吸引力、构建个人和博物馆组织专属数字文化空间、依托数据交易场所构建文博行业数据交易平台等数字文创建设新方向,论述构建物馆数字文创的方法体系。同时,对数据要素市场化配置中的收益平衡、二次创作版权归属、完善消费市场等问题展开思考,提出促进文博数字文创产业规范发展的路径。
With the development of blockchain technology and continuous innovations in application scenarios under the background of digital economy,the way of operating the cultural digital content industry has changed.At present,the development of digital cultural creation industries in museums is confronted with problems such as insufficient development of cultural IP,serious homogenization of products and unsound regulations and systems.Combined with the hot cases of museum blockchain digital cultural creation,this article explores the construction of digital cultural creation from three aspects:enhancing the uniqueness and attractiveness of cultural IP,building exclusive digital cultural space for individuals and museum organizations and constructing a data trading platform for the industry of culture and museums based on data trading venues.It also discusses the methodological system for constructing the digital cultural creation of museums.At the same time,it reflects on the balance of income in the marketoriented allocation of data elements,the attribution of copyrights of secondary creations and the improvement of the consumer market,and furthermore puts forward the path to promote the standardized development of the digital cultural creation industry.
