摘要
心力衰竭是一种具有严重线粒体功能障碍的生物能量代谢疾病,根据这一特点提出心力衰竭的线粒体靶向治疗。研究表明,辅酶Q10参与线粒体氧化磷酸化过程,促进线粒体产生能量,同时还有抗氧化和抗炎作用,能够有效缓解心力衰竭时因线粒体功能障碍而导致的能量代谢紊乱,能有效改善心力衰竭的症状,提高心功能并降低死亡率。文章综述了应用辅酶Q10治疗心力衰竭的研究进展。
Heart failure is a bioenergetic metabolic disorder with severe mitochondrial dysfunction,as such,mitochondrial targeted therapy for heart failure is proposed.A large number of studies have shown that coenzyme Q10 participates in the process of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation,promotes mitochondrial energy production,and also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,which can effectively alleviate the energy metabolism disorder caused by mitochondrial dysfunction in heart failure,improve the symptoms of heart failure,improve the heart function and reduce the mortality.This article reviewed the research progress of the use of coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of heart failure.
