孕妇心脏结构、功能等在妊娠期会发生一系列适应性变化。正常孕妇心脏泵血功能增强,心功能及结构可能发生改变,一些常见心血管相关妊娠并发症会对孕妇心脏造成不同程度的损伤,心脏病患者的妊娠更是对心脏功能的严峻考验。因此,在关注临床症状的同时建议孕妇行常规心电图和超声心动图联合筛查心功能,心脏病患者妊娠期全程动态评估心功能,以防严重心脏并发症发生。

The cardiac morphology and function of pregnant women undergo a series of adaptive changes with gestational age.Normal pregnant women may ex-perience enhanced cardiac pumping function and possible changes in cardiac function and structure.When cardiovascular related pregnancy complications occur,maternal heart function may experience varying degrees of damage.Pregnancy in women with cardio-vascular diseases poses a serious challenge to cardiac function.Therefore,it is recommended that a combi-nation of routine electrocardiogram and echocardiography to screen for heart function should be done in pregnant women while paying attention to clinical symptoms.Dynamic assessments of cardiac function throughout pregnancy in patients with heart disease are crucial for preventing serious cardiac complications.
