论中国式现代化发展观的独特内涵及理论价值

On the Unique Connotation and Theoretical Value of the Development Concept of Chinese-Style Modernization

“发展”是现代化目标的题中之义,因而发展观成为现代化理论的核心概念。中国共产党将发展视为执政兴国的第一要务,发展观一词自然也就成为中国式现代化理论体系的关键词。中国式现代化发展观具有独特内涵,它包括“秉持独立自主原则,探索现代化道路的多样性”,“最终实现人自由而全面的发展”目标,全面、协调、渐进、并联的发展战略,平等发展的发展正义。中国式现代化的发展观顺应了人类社会发展进步的潮流,体现了人类对于现代化发展本质和规律认识的新水平。它以对西方资本主义现代化发展观的区别和超越,丰富和发展了世界现代化理论,也为后发国家现代化理论创新提供了借鉴。

"Development"is the meaning of the goal of modernization,and thus the concept of development has become the core concept of modernization theory.As the Communist Party of China(CPC)regards development as the first priority of ruling the country,the concept of development has naturally become the keyword of Chinese-style modernization theory system.The development concept of Chinese-style modernization has a unique connotation,which includes"upholding the principle of independence and autonomy and exploring the diversity of modernization paths","ultimately realizing the free and well-rounded development of human beings",the comprehensive,coordinated,progressive and parallel development strategy,and the development justice for equal development.The development concept of Chinese-style modernization conforms to the trend of the development and progress of human society,and reflects the new level of human understanding of the nature and laws of modernization.It enriches and develops the world modernization theory with its distinction and transcendence of the development concept of Western capitalist modernization,and also provides a reference for the innovation of modernization theory in the late-development countries.
