高校学前教育专业应用型人才培养优化策略

摘要 随着社会结构和家庭模式的变化,对高质量学前教育的需求不断增加,要求学前教育专业提供更优质的教育服务。优化学前教育专业应用型人才培养策略,即优化课程设计、加强师资队伍建设、丰富学习资源、完善质量评估和反馈机制等,旨在提高学前教育质量,培养出色的应用型学前教育专业人才,满足不断变化的社会需求和儿童教育需求。 With the changes of social structure and family model,the demand for high-quality preschool education is increasing,and better education services of preschool education major are required.Optimizing training strategies for applied talents of preschool education major means optimizing the curriculum design,strengthening the construction of teaching stuff,enriching learning resources,improving the quality assessment and feedback mechanism,etc.,in order to improve the quality of preschool education,cultivate outstanding applied talents of preschool education major,and meet the changing social demands and children’s education needs.
