基于平板电脑APP的认知训练对精神分裂症患者的作用

Effect of cognitive training based on tablet computer APP on patients with schizophrenia

目的分析应用平板电脑APP的认知训练对精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法选取我院于2020年10月~2022年10月期间收治的90例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组45例给予健康教育,实验组45例增加基于平板电脑APP的认知训练。对比两组精神障碍严重程度,认知功能,生活质量。结果实验组一般精神病理症状,阴性症状,阳性症状分值均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组定向力,记忆力,注意力和计算力,回忆能力,语言能力分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组社会功能,认知功能,角色功能,躯体功能分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于平板电脑APP的认知训练能够有效减轻精神分裂症患者临床症状,改善认知功能及生活质量。

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of cognitive training based on tablet computer APP in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and grouped by random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment,45 cases in the control group were given health education,and 45 cases in the experimental group were given cognitive training based on tablet APP.The severity of mental disorders,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of general psychopathological symptoms,negative symptoms and positive symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of orientation,memory,attention and calculation ability,recall ability and language ability in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,cognitive function,role function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive training based on tablet computer APP can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia patients,improve cognitive function and quality of life.
