摘要
目的探讨孤独症患儿血清叶酸,脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)及25-羟维生素D[25-hydroxy vitamin D,25(OH)D]变化及临床意义。方法本研究选择2019年2月~2023年2月80例孤独症患儿为研究对象,设孤独症患儿为观察组,纳入80例一般资料配对的体检儿童,设为对照组。比较两组血清叶酸,BDNF,25(OH)D水平。参照儿童孤独症评定量表(child autism rating scale,CARS)将观察组分为轻中度组以及重度组,比较病情不同严重程度患儿血清指标水平以及CARS评分,分析血清指标水平与CARS评分的相关性。结果观察组血清叶酸,25(OH)D水平显著低于对照组,BDNF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清叶酸,25(OH)D水平显著低于轻中度组,CARS评分,BDNF水平显著高于轻中度组(P<0.05);孤独症患儿血清叶酸,25(OH)D水平与CARS评分呈负相关,BDNF水平与CARS评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论孤独症患儿血清叶酸,25(OH)D水平降低,BDNF水平升高,并与孤独症严重程度显著相关。
Objective To explore the level and clinical significance of serum folate,Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25 hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D]in children with autism.Methods Eighty children with autism from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The autistic children were set as the observation group,and 80 matched normal children with general information were set as the control group.The levels of serum folate,BDNF,and 25(OH)D between two groups were compared.According to the Child Autism Rating Scale(CARS),the observation group was divided into mild to moderate group and severe group.The serum indicator levels and CARS scores of children with different severity of illness were compared.The correlation between serum indicator levels and CARS scores were analyzed.Results The levels of serum folate and 25(OH)D in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of BDNF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum folate and 25(OH)D levels in the severe group were significantly lower than those in the mild to moderate group,while the CARS score and BDNF levels were significantly higher than those in the mild to moderate group(P<0.05).Serum folate and 25(OH)D levels in children with autism were negatively correlated with CARS scores,while BDNF levels were positively correlated with CARS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of folic acid and 25(OH)D in children with autism decrease,while BDNF levels increase,which are significantly correlated with the severity of autism.
