心理支持对老年创伤骨折患者心理状况的影响

The effect of psychological support on the psychological status in elderly patients with traumatic fractures

目的探讨在老年创伤骨折患者治疗中,采用心理支持的价值,并分析该方案对患者心理状态的影响。方法以excel表格就2020年1月~2023年1月,本院收治的100例老年创伤骨折患者资料进行采集,以随机数字表法分组,一组选择常规干预(对照组),二组选择心理支持(观察组)。观察分析将两组心理状况,康复情况,疼痛程度,并发症发生率。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS),抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间,住院时间,骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1天,3天,7天疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年创伤骨折患者治疗中,为其提供心理支持方案可改善其心理状况,引导其积极配合进行治疗,缩短康复时间及预后效果,值得借鉴与实施。

Objective To explore the value of psychological support in the treatment of elderly patients with traumatic fractures,and to analyze the impact of psychological support on their psychological state.Methods Data from 100 elderly patients with traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were collected using an Excel spreadsheet.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.One group received routine intervention(control group)and the other group received psychological support(observation group).Use SPSS software to compare the psychological status,rehabilitation status,pain level,and incidence of complications in two groups.Results The scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter bedtime,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with traumatic fractures,providing psychological support programs can improve their psychological status,guide them to actively cooperate with treatment,shorten recovery time and prognosis,and is worth learning from and implementing.
