综合心理护理对乳腺癌术后患者情绪及生存质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on mood and quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的探讨综合心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者不良情绪的效果。方法于2019年3月~2022年3月阶段采集病例展开研究,实施对象为92例乳腺癌术后患者,经严格纳排标准后,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组与观察组各46例,前一组实行常规护理,后一组开展综合心理护理干预;使用专用量表判定患者负性情绪、心理健康状况,生命质量,以上数据两组对比。结果干预后两组患者的焦虑自评量表,抑郁自评量表评分均下降,且观察组更明显(P<0.05);干预后观察组心理韧性量表评分更低(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的生命质量评分均明显升高,而观察组更优秀(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后患者应用综合心理护理干预,可发挥消除负性情绪的积极作用,以提高其心理健康状态,促使其生存质量提升。

Objective To explore the significant effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on improving the bad mood of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods From March 2019 to March 2022,92 cases of breast cancer patients after surgery were collected and studied.After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,they were reasonably grouped based on the"random number table method".The control group and the observation group were divided into two groups.The former group received routine nursing,and the latter group received comprehensive psychological nursing intervention.The number of patients in each group was 46.The special scale was used to determine the patients'negative emotions,mental health and quality of life.The above data were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating depression scale in two groups were reduced,and the scores of the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).After intervention,Connor-Davidson resilience scale in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Quality of Life Questionary-Core 30 in two groups were increased,and the scores of the observation group were more higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in postoperative patients with breast cancer can play a positive role in eliminating negative emotions,so as to improve their mental health and promote their quality of life.
