摘要
岩石破碎机理研究旨在揭示岩石破碎的物理过程,建立岩石破碎过程的功能转化关系,用于预测破碎效果(钻速),指导破碎机具设计。尽管近百年来人们对岩石破碎的物理过程从不同的侧面进行了力学分析,取得了一些理论结果,但这些理论成果尚难于在工程实际得到较好的应用。岩石破碎有各种方式,破碎机理和其破碎方式密切相关,本文主要阐述与破碎密切相关的岩石破碎机理。
Rock drilling and breaking mechanism was researched to indicate physical processes of the rock breaking,create the work-energy conversion relations during the rock breaking,which was used to predict the breaking results(drilling speed)and as a guidance for the design of breaking tools.For nearly 100 years,the mechanical analysis was made on the physical process of the rock breaking at various facets,and some theoretical results were obtained.However,those researches,have difficulties in acceptable applications in engineering yet.There are various rock breaking methods,and the breaking mechanisms are closely related to the breaking methods.The article focuses on the rock breaking mechanisms tightly tied with the rock breaking.
