摘要
文章描述了工业硅生产的工艺流程,阐述了行业目前普遍炉型偏小、自动化程度低、环保措施简陋、能耗居高的生产现状,介绍了近些年涌现的矿热炉大型化、炉内旋转布料、自动开堵眼、烟气治理、定点浇铸、闭式循环等先进技术,揭示了未来可能发展的一些方向。
This paper describes the technological process of industrial silicon production,expounds the current production dominated by small furnace type,low degree of automation,simple environmental protection measures and high energy consumption in the industry as well as introduces advanced emerging technologies in recent years such as large-scale submerged arc furnace,rotary material distribution in furnace,automatic hole opening and plugging,flue gas treatment,fixed point casting and closed circulating and provides some possible development trends in the future.
