BIM技术在建筑设计中的运用,为项目管理和施工效率提供了显著提升,通过建立三维数字模型该技术整合了设计、施工及安全分析等多方面信息,尽管BIM技术优化了设计流程,其推广仍面临诸如专业人才缺乏和跨领域整合的挑战。该研究聚焦于BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用,探讨其带来的优势和面临的挑战,旨在促进建筑行业的数字化转型。
The application of BIM technology in architectural design has significantly improved project management and construction efficiency.Through the establishment of three-dimensional digital models,this technology integrates information from various aspects such as design,construction and safety analysis.Although BIM technology optimizes the design process,its promotion still faces challenges such as a lack of professional talents and cross-sector integration.The research focuses on the application of BIM technology in architectural design,discusses its advantages and challenges,and aims to promote the digital transformation of the building industry.
