摘要
近年来,建筑行业通过对工业设计思想与信息化技术的联合开发,产生了诸多建筑类型。装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑类型,不仅可以优化建筑产品生产制造产业链条,也能够推动建筑行业向集约式方向转型升级,以此为出发点,阐述装配式建筑和BIM技术相关概念,从设计阶段、数据管理阶段、预制阶段、运输阶段、节点连接阶段、运维阶段对BIM技术的应用进行了具体论述,剖析BIM技术在装配式建筑中应用的价值。
In recent years,the building industry has generated various building types through the joint development of industrial design concepts and information technology.As a new type of building,prefabricated buildings can optimize the production and manufacturing supply chain of building products and promote the transformation and upgrade of the construction industry towards an intensive direction.Starting from this perspective,this paper elaborates on the concepts related to prefabricated buildings and BIM technology.It specifically discusses the application of BIM technology during various stages:the design phase,data management phase,prefabrication phase,transportation phase,connection phase,and operation and maintenance phase.The paper also analyzes the value of BIM technology in the application of prefabricated buildings.
