基于文献计量的再造烟叶研究现状及发展趋势分析

摘要 为明确再造烟叶领域的发展轨迹和未来发展方向。本研究利用文献计量工具VOSviewer、CiteSpace对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库(WOS)中再造烟叶领域的相关文献进行数据挖掘,并结合Scimago Graphica对其进行可视化。结果表明:(1)该领域的研究历程大致分为起步阶段(2002~2007年)、快速发展阶段(2008~2016年)和波动发展阶段(2017~2022年),加热非燃烧型再造烟叶发文量逐年上升;(2)该领域国内外学术团体分别呈现“一超多强”和“多元性”的特点,以王浩雅、关平和刘晶及其团队的研究较为突出;(3)中国和美国的发文量较多,云南中烟再造烟叶有限责任公司是核心研究机构;(4)国内该领域研究热点的演变与再造烟叶的工艺技术发展密切联系,紧密围绕在涂布率、化学成分、纤维形态及物理指标等方向,国外主要聚焦于再造烟叶的燃烧特性与热行为,加热非燃烧型再造烟叶或将成为该领域下一个热点研究方向。 In order to clarify the development track and future direction of the field of reconstituted tobacco.The bibliometrics tools VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to conduct data mining on the relevant literatures in the field of reconstituted tobacco from CNKI and Web of Science databases.It is also visualized with Scimago Graphica.(1)The annual number of published papers shows that the research process in this field can be roughly divided into the initial stage(2002-2007),the rapid development stage(2008-2016)and the fluctuating development stage(2017-2022),and the number of published papers in China is significantly higher than that in foreign countries;(2)Domestic and foreign academic groups in this field show the characteristics of“one super and many strong”and“pluralism”respectively,with Wang H Y,Guan P and Liu J and their teams making outstanding research in this field;(3)More publications were published in China and the United States.Yunnan China Tobacco Reconstituted Tobacco Co.,Ltd.was the core research institution;(4)The evolution of hot keywords in this field in China is closely related to the technological development of reconstituted tobacco,closely surrounding the directions of coating rate,chemical composition,fiber morphology,physical indexes,etc.,while foreign countries mainly focus on the combustion characteristics and thermal behavior of reconstituted tobacco.Heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco may become the next hot research direction in this field.
