我国农村老年心血管疾病患者健康管理状况研究

Research on Health Management of Elderly Cardiovascular Disease Patients in Rural Areas of China

心血管疾病是在全球范围内造成死亡的主要危险因素。本研究通过分析农村老年心血管疾病患者健康管理的相关文献,发现农村老年心血管疾病患者存在用药依从性低、饮食不规范、健康意识不足、社会支持缺乏等问题,并提出了建议与实施方案,以期改善农村老年心血管疾病患者的健康管理水平,促进农村老年心血管疾病患者的综合健康管理。

Cardiovascular disease is the main risk factor for death worldwide.By analyzing the related literature on health management of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in rural areas,this study found that elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in rural areas had problems such as low medication compliance,irregular diet,insufficient health awareness and lack of social support,and put forward suggestions and implementation plans,with a view to improving the health management level of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in rural areas and promoting the comprehensive health management of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in rural areas.
