摘要
针对变电检修专业全业务核心班组队伍能力建设展开实践研究,以国网郴州供电公司变电检修公司为例,分析了全业务核心班组建设时存在的困难及挑战,形成了新的培养思路及体系示范模型,并以“项目自主实施+整站集中检修”模式试点开展了检修专业队伍能力培养,促进了变电检修班组人员专业能力的提高,提升了运检专业全业务核心班组队伍业务能力。
Study is conducted on the practice in the core teams ability building of all-round substation maintenance services.Taking the Chenzhou Power Supply Company as an example,the difficulties and challenges in building the core teams of all-round services are analyzed,based on which a new training idea and system demonstration model is set up while carrying out the ability building of the professional maintenance teams based on the model of'project-independent implementation+whole station-based centralized maintenance',which promotes the professional ability of the substation maintenance teams,and improves the professional ability of core teams in all-round operation and maintenance services.
