基于油酸钠-苯甲羟肟酸组合捕收剂的白钨矿浮选效果及其机理研究

摘要 组合捕收剂之间存在协同效应,应用前景广阔,但其协同作用机理尚不明晰。本文以某白钨矿为研究对象,开展了油酸钠-苯甲羟肟酸组合捕收剂浮选白钨矿试验研究。通过单矿物浮选试验,考查了接触角、Zeta电位、表面张力等变量对浮选回收率的影响,探讨了组合捕收剂之间以及组合捕收剂与白钨矿物之间的作用机理。结果表明:捕收剂添加比例和添加顺序均对白钨矿浮选回收率有较大影响,组合捕收剂之间存在明显的协同效应;协同效应最大的组合方式为先添加苯甲羟肟酸后添加油酸钠,且NaOL和BHA的质量比为2∶1。 There is a synergistic effect between the collectors,which has broad application prospects,but the mechanism of their synergistic effect is still unclear.This article takes a certain scheelite mine as the research object and conducts experimental research on the flotation of scheelite mine using a combination of sodium oleate and benzyl hydro-xamic acid as collectors.Through single mineral flotation experiments,the effects of variables such as contact angle,Zeta potential,and surface tension on flotation recovery were examined,and the mechanisms of interaction between combined collectors and between combined collectors and scheelite minerals were explored.The results showed that the addition ratio and order of collectors had a significant impact on the flotation recovery rate of scheelite,and there was a significant synergistic effect between the combined collectors;The combination with the greatest synergistic effect is to first add sodium benzylhydroxamic acid and then add sodium oleate,and the mass ratio of NaOL to BHA is 2∶1.
