社会文明促进和提升工程的实施意义、机制与路径解析——基于结构功能主义模型

Analysis on the Implementation Significance,Mechanism and Path of Social Civilization Promotion and Updating Project:Based on the Structural Functionalism Model

社会文明工程是中国式现代化的重要构成模块,可引入结构功能主义理论并借助AGIL模型探析该工程。文化对于社会的结构性功能主要是L(潜在地维模),且与经济、政治、社会系统的A(自发地调适)、G(定向地达鹄)、I(系统地整合)功能形成有机的整体。社会文明促进和提升工程在功能指向上,完全契合L功能指标。这一工程实施的理论依据在于对应L功能指标,体现文化的社会功能;实施目标在于实现L功能指标,提升我国文化软实力;功能模式为结构系统化模式下L功能与A、G、I三个功能协同联动。运用AGIL模型,可以提出三条路径:优化合力关系,强化结构合力;明确与细化L功能指标的落实抓手;运用AGIL模型评价社会文明促进和提升工程。

The social civilization project is an important component of Chinese-style modernization.The theory of structural functionalism can be introduced and the AGIL model can be used to analyze the project.The structural function of culture to society is mainly L(latent pattern maintenance),and it forms an organic whole with the A(adaptation),G(goal-attainment),I(integration)functions of economic,political and social systems.The social civilization promotion and upgrading project fully conforms to the L function index in terms of functional orientation.The theoretical basis for the implementation of this project lies in the corresponding L function index,reflecting the social function of culture;the implementation goal is to achieve L functional indicators and enhance China’s cultural soft power;the functional mode is the collaborative linkage of L function and three functions of A,G,I under the structural systematic mode.With the AGIL model,three paths can be proposed to optimize the resultant force relationship,strengthen the structural resultant force,clarify and refine the implementation of L function indicators.AGIL model is used to evaluate the promotion and upgrading project of social civilization.
