摘要
航空导管成形复杂制造工序多,其性能的优劣将直接影响到飞行器的安全和适航性能。近年来导管数字化制造不断普及,采用传统工装检测已经满足不了精度要求,但是测量臂需逐点测量,所需耗时较多。针对测量臂需逐点测量、所需耗时较多的问题,设计了一种视觉光学测量方法。基于工业近景摄影测量原理,多组固定位置的工业相机通过采集多幅二维照片快速完成弯管的“图像获取、重建、对比、检测、结果输出”完整检测流程。为航空导管制造的形状质量检测提供更多的数字化测量方法。
The forming of aeronautical conduit has many compulicated manufacturing processes,and it’s performance will directly affect the safety and navigability of aircraft.In recent years,the digital manufacture of conduit is popularized and the traditional tooling inspection can’t meet the precision requirement,but the measured one by one,which is time consuming.In order to solve the problem that the measuring arm needs to be measured point by point and takes more time,a visual optical measurement method is designed.Based on the principle of industrial close-range photogrammetry,the complete inspection process of"image acquisition,reconstruction,comparison,inspection and result output"is completed quickly by collecting multiple two-dimensional photos with multiple fixedposition industrial cameras.It provides more digital measuring methods for the shape quality inspection of air duct manufacture.
