螺旋槽专用数控铣床直线进给轴温度热特性仿真研究

摘要 为了探究螺旋槽专用数控铣床直线进给轴的热特性,并减少机床运行过程中布置温度传感器的工作量,采用有限元仿真分析的方法实现热特性研究工作,探究机床进给轴的主要热源。建立直线进给轴三维模型并进行化简,并进行网格划分,根据工作环境施加热载荷及确定边界条件后,获得温度场仿真结果。为验证仿真模型的准确性,根据仿真分析得到温度场分布情况布置传感器测量点,进行温升测量实验。由实验测量结果可知,稳态温度最大误差约为6%,瞬态温度变化趋势与实验结果一致。因此,建立的有限元模型可为直线进给轴的热特性深入分析提供理论指导。 In order to explore the thermal characteristics of the linear feed axis of the CNC milling machine for spiral groove and reduce the workload of arranging the temperature sensor during the operation of the machine tool,the finite element simulation analysis method is used to realize the thermal characteristics research work and explore the main heat source of the machine tool feed shaft.Three-dimensional model of the linear feed shaft is established and simplified,and the mesh is divided.After the heating load is applied according to the working environment and the boundary conditions are determined,the simulation results of the temperature field are obtained.In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation model,the sensor measuring points are arranged according to the temperature field distribution obtained from the simulation analysis,and the temperature rise measurement experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the maximum error of steady state temperature is about 6%,and the transient temperature variation trend is consistent with the experimental results.Therefore,the established finite element model can provide theoretical guidance for the in-depth analysis of the thermal characteristics of the linear feed shaft.
