三合村龙茶花海景区花卉产业和乡村旅游赋能乡村振兴研究

Flower Industry and Rural Tourism Enabling Rural Revitalization Research on Longcha Flower Sea Scenic Spot in Sanhe Village

在介绍宜宾市珙县三合村花卉产业和乡村旅游发展现状的基础上,阐述了三合村贫瘠荒山变“金山银山”的艰苦历程;总结了三合村贫瘠荒山变“金山银山”过程中,抢抓发展机遇、夯实高位发展基础,加强组织建设、筑牢乡村振兴堡垒,紧跟市场步伐、创新探索转型发展,深化利益联结、赢得群众拥护支持等经验;提出了整合要素集中投放、资源变资产,融合资源量化入股、投入变收入,产业链条融合延伸、产品变商品等集体经济发展的创新做法。

On the basis of introducing the development status of flower industry and rural tourism in Sanhe Village,this paper expounded the arduous course of transforming barren mountain into"mountains of gold and silver".In the process of transforming the barren mountain of Sanhe village into"mountains of gold and silver",the author summarized the experience of seizing development opportunities,consolidating the foundation of high-level development,strengthening organizational construction,building the fortress of rural revitalization,keeping up with the pace of the market,innovating and exploring transformation and development,deepening the connection of interests,and winning the support of the masses.Put forward the integration of elements concentrated input,resources into assets,integration of resources quantified shares,investment into income,industrial chain integration and extension,products into commodities and other innovative practices of collective economic development.
