农机购置补贴政策是国家2004年推出的一项惠农富农重要政策,自实施起就受到广大农民的支持,充分调动了农业生产主体的积极性。现阶段玛纳斯县农机购置补贴政策实施取得显著成效,为当地粮食生产提供了强劲支撑力。文章通过分析国家农机购置补贴政策实施中存在的问题,进一步优化玛纳斯县农机购置补贴政策,从简化申领补贴程序、优化农机购置售后服务工作到加强政策宣传等方面提出相关建议。

Agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy is an important policy introduced by the state in 2004 to benefit farmers and rich farmers.Since its implementation,it has been supported by the majority of farmers and fully mobilized the enthusiasm of agricultural production subjects.At present,the implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in Manasi County has achieved remarkable results,providing a strong support for local food production.By analyzing the problems existing in the implementation of the national agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,this paper further optimized the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in Manasi County,and put forward relevant suggestions from simplifying the subsidy application procedure,optimizing the after-sales service of agricultural machinery purchase and strengthening the policy publicity.
