摘要
为探究不同基质对落叶松幼苗生长的影响,并评估各种基质处理对幼苗生长指标和生物量的影响程度,为落叶松等树种的栽培提供科学的基质选择和管理建议。设置不同基质处理下落叶松幼苗的生长观察试验。试验结果显示,不同基质对落叶松幼苗生长产生显著影响。处理组C(40%原土、20%香菇渣、20%污泥、20%砂土)落叶松幼苗生长效果最佳,各项指标均显著高于其他处理组,说明添加香菇渣、污泥和砂土等成分的基质组合能够显著促进落叶松幼苗的生长和生物量积累。本研究为落叶松的科学育苗提供理论依据。
In order to explore the effects of different substrates on the growth of Larix gmelinii seedlings and evaluate the effects of various substrate treatments on the growth indexes and biomass of seedlings,scientific substrate selection and management suggestions were provided for the cultivation of Larix gmelinii and other tree species.Observation experiment on the growth of Larix gmelinii seedlings under different substrate treatments.The results showed that different substrates had significant effects on the growth of Larix gmelinii seedlings.Treatment group C(40%raw soil,20% mushroom residue,20% sludge,20% sand)had the best seedling growth effect,and all indexes were significantly higher than other treatment groups,indicating that the matrix combination with mushroom residue,sludge,sand and other components could significantly promote the growth and biomass accumulation of Larix gmelinii seedlings.This study provided theoretical basis for the scientific breeding of Larix gmelinii seedlings.
