就业是民生之本、稳定之基、发展之要。当前,河北省就业结构不断优化,就业服务能力明显增强,就业形势总体保持稳定。但重点群体就业难度仍然压力较大,就业结构性矛盾较为突出,劳动力整体素质和劳动报酬水平与其他省份相比偏低。受京津“虹吸效应”影响,人才流失严重。因此,要实施更加积极的就业政策,增强经济增长带动就业的能力,全力抓好重点群体就业工作,促进劳动者素质和岗位需求相匹配,健全劳动报酬合理增长机制。

Employment is the basic livelihood,the foundation of stability and the key to development.Currently the employment structure of Hebei Province has been constantly optimized.The employment service capacity is significantly enhanced.The employment situation is generally stable.However,the difficulty of employment of key groups is still relatively huge.The structural problems of employment are relatively prominent.The overall quality of the labor force and the level of labor remuneration are lower than those of other provinces.The brain drain is serious due to the“siphon effect”of Beijing and Tianjin.Therefore,it is necessary to implement more active employment policies,create jobs by developing the economy,focus on the employment of key groups,improve the quality of workers and make them fit their posts,and improve the mechanism of increasing labor remuneration reasonably.
