摘要
为考察幼儿园初任教师心理灵活性与职业适应的现状,揭示二者关系,研究采取随机抽样的方式对226名幼儿园初任教师进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示,幼儿园初任教师心理灵活性与职业适应现状整体良好。幼儿园初任教师心理灵活性水平越高,其职业适应状况越好,心理灵活性对教师职业适应具有良好预测作用,二者呈正相关关系。根据研究结果,为增强幼儿园初任教师心理灵活性并促进其职业适应,建议幼儿园开展基于接纳承诺疗法的团体辅导,提高幼儿园初任教师心理灵活性;给予幼儿园初任教师精准职业培训,针对性促进初任教师职业适应;增强关注幼儿教师心理灵活性意识,合理预测并有效增进其职业适应。
In order to investigate the current situation of psychological flexibility and occupational adaptation of novice kindergarten teachers and reveal their relationship,a random sampling survey was conducted on 226 novice kindergarten teachers.The survey results show that the overall situation of psychological flexibility and professional adaptation of novice kindergarten teachers is good.The higher the level of psychological flexibility of novice kindergarten teachers,the better their occupational adaptation status.Psychological flexibility has a good predictive effect on teachers’occupational adaptation,and there is a positive correlation between the two.According to the results of the study,in order to enhance the psychological flexibility of novice kindergarten teachers and promote their vocational adaptation,it is recommended that kindergartens carry out group counseling based on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)to improve the psychological flexibility of novice kindergarten teachers;give novice kindergarten teachers precise vocational training to promote their vocational adaptation;and enhance the awareness of psychological flexibility of kindergarten teachers,so that they can reasonably anticipate and effectively promote their vocational adaptation.
