摘要
在人口负增长的时代背景下,学前教育面临前所未有的挑战和变革。人口负增长引发学前教育深层次变革,例如高品质学前教育的追求、资金和资源投入的重新评估,以及师资力量的巧妙调适。另外,这些变革也引发一系列教育政策的调整,包括精准投放教育资源、吸引与培养教育从业者,以及制定可持续性的教育政策。此外,学前教育师范生的角色和使命也需重构,他们需要进一步考虑拓展服务范围、提升教育质量、关注农村和偏远地区,以及推动教育公平。
Under the background of negative population growth,preschool education is facing unprecedented challenges and changes.Negative population growth has triggered deep-seated changes in preschool education,such as the pursuit of high-quality preschool education,the re-evaluation of capital and resource investment,and the ingenious adjustment of teachers.In addition,these changes have also led to a series of adjustments in educational policies,including the precise delivery of educational resources,the attraction and training of educational practitioners,and the formulation of sustainable educational policies.In addition,the role and mission of preschool education normal students also need to be reconstructed.They need to further consider expanding the scope of services,improving the quality of education,focusing on rural and remote areas,and promoting educational equity.
