高校学科交叉的实践探索与思考——以南京师范大学为例

摘要 作为推动科技创新发展、培养拔尖创新人才的主要驱动力,交叉学科建设已经成为全国各高等院校普遍关注的热点和难点。构建学科交叉融合与交叉学科建设相配套的政策体系,是推动各高校“双一流”建设发展的重要保障。文章通过审视学科交叉和交叉学科的建设背景,总结分析了南京师范大学在学科交叉融合和交叉学科建设的实践探索经验,并提出高校应以国家重大战略需求为驱动,以内在知识逻辑联系为基础设置交叉学科;以主干学科为引领,以教师团队和创新人才培养为核心建设交叉学科;以制度建设为保障,绩效评价为导向管理交叉学科,以期为推动我国交叉学科建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。 As the main driving force to promote the innovation of science and technology and cultivate top-notch innovative talents,the construction and development of interdiscipline has become a hot and difficult issue of universities.The construction of a policy system matching the interdisciplinary integration and interdisciplinary construction is an important guarantee to promote the construction and development of“double first-class”in colleges and universities.This paper inspects the background of interdiscipline and interdisciplinary construction,and analyzes the practical exploration experience of Nanjing Normal University in interdisciplinary integration and interdisciplinary construction.Finally,it proposes some suggestions:colleges and universities should set up interdiscipline based on the logical connection of internal knowledge driven by the major national strategical requirements,construct interdiscipline taking the main disciplines as the guide,focusing on the cultivation of teachers’teams and innovative talents,and manage interdiscipline based on system construction and performance appraisal.It is expected to provide some reference for promoting the construction of interdisciplines in China.
