摘要
为提升ZL114A铝合金在高温高压下的性能,制备建筑用ZL114A铝合金材料,用4种工艺热处理铝合金试样。通过硬度、拉伸试验、断口分析、疲劳寿命试验、材料失效测试等开展ZL114A铝合金试样在高温高压下的结构失效研究。结果表明:固溶温度为545℃、固溶时间为10 h时制备的试样的抗拉强度与伸长率最高;在最大应力幅比下的疲劳寿命最高,可达到31450周次;400℃下,应变率为10 s^(-1)时,其抗压强度由220 MPa快速下降,出现了结构失效情况。ZL114A铝合金的最佳热处理工艺是固溶温度为545℃、固溶时间为10 h。
In order to improve the performance of ZL114A aluminum alloy under high temperature and high pressure,ZL114A aluminum alloy material for buildings was prepared,and aluminum alloy samples were heat treated with 4 kinds of processes.The structural failure of ZL114A aluminum alloy samples under high temperature and pressure was studied by hardness,tensile test,fracture analysis,fatigue life test and material failure test.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the samples prepared at solution temperature of 545℃and solution time of 10 h are the highest.Under the maximum stress amplitude ratio,the fatigue life is the highest,reaching 31450 cycles.At 400℃,when the strain rate is 10 s^(-1),the compressive strength decreases rapidly from 220 MPa,and the structural failure occurs.The optimum heat treatment process of ZL114A aluminum alloy is the solution temperature of 545℃and the solution time of 10 h.
