基于Workbench货车驱动桥壳多工况受力分析

摘要 驱动桥是汽车动力总成系统和承载系统的重要组成部分,文章以某型货车驱动桥壳为研究对象,运用UG建立三维模型,针对货车行驶过程中的最大垂向力工况、最大牵引力工况、最大制动力工况及最大侧向力工况进行仿真受力分析,得到不同工况下驱动桥壳的受力状况。运用Workbench对四种工况进行仿真分析,通过添加材料属性、进行网格划分、施加合理的边界条件,分别得到相应工况下的最大等效应力及最大变形量。通过对四种工况分析与对比得出,最大制动力工况及最大侧向力工况下应力较大,设计时应充分考虑这两种工况的受力;侧向力工况下变形最大,驱动桥壳容易发生应力破坏的位置为半轴套筒及弹簧固定座与桥壳本体连接位置,应对这两位置进行合理布置,研究结果为驱动桥壳的设计提供了参考。 Drive axle is an important part of automotive powertrain and load system,taking a type of truck drive axle housing as the research object,using UG establish the three dimensional model,according to the maximum vertical force,maximum tractive force,maximum braking force and maximum lateral force conditions,the simulation force analysis is carried out,getting the stress of the drive axle housing under different working conditions.Using the Workbench conduct simula-tion analysis,by adding material properties,meshing and applying reasonable boundary conditions,getting the maximum equivalent stress and maximum deformation of corresponding conditions.Through four types of analysis and comparison of the working condition,the stress under maximum braking force condition and maximum lateral force condition is larger,and the stress under these two conditions should be fully considered in the design;The deformation is greatest under lateral force condition,getting the drive axle housing likely to occur stress damage and deformation of the largest position,the position where the drive axle housing is prone to stress failure is the connection position between the axle axle sleeve and the spring fixing seat and the axle housing body,and the two positions should be rationally arranged.Research result provides the reference for the design of the drive axle housing.
