某非公路宽体矿车驱动桥桥壳开裂故障分析及应用研究

摘要 某非公路宽体矿用车在内蒙古煤矿刚使用一年,就出现多例驱动桥桥壳开裂和漏油故障,且故障形式、时间高度统一。为解决桥壳开裂故障问题,根据跟车调研实际工况,并应用仿真分析软件,结合矿区使用工况特征,建立真实的分析验证模型,对故障驱动桥桥壳进行故障复现分析,确定驱动桥桥壳开裂及漏油的根本原因。据此为驱动桥桥壳的开裂及漏油提出改进建议及优化方案,使得改进后的桥壳再投入该矿区进行验证。使用两年后,再未出现桥壳开裂漏油故障。 An off-road wide-body truck is in Inner Mongolia coal mines,as soon as it is used for a year,many cases of driving axle shell cracking and oil leakage failures appeares,and the fault form and time are highly unified.In order to solve the problem of axle shell cracking failure,the real analysis and verification model is established according to the actual working conditions investigated by following the vehicle,and the simulation analysis software is applied in combination with the working conditions characteristics of the mining area.The fault recurrence analysis is carried out on the driving axle shell cracking failure,and the root cause of the crack and oil leakage of the driving axle shell cracking is determined.Based on this,the improvement suggestion and optimization scheme are put forward for the cracking and oil leakage of the drive axle shell cracking,so that the improved axle shell can be put into the mining area for verification.After two years of use,there is no driving axle shell cracking oil leakage fault.
