The new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly and the policy orientation is being adjusted,the new energy automobile engineering education program is also facing challenges and opportunities.Firstly,this paper describes the main content and development orientation of the accelerated development of new energy vehicles.Secondly,it discusses the characteristics of the development of new energy vehicles and the problems and needs faced by the curriculum reform of new energy automobile engineering,and argues for the focus areas and reform programs for the curriculum reform,with the goal of cultivating high-quality talents adapted to the needs of the development of new energy automobile industry.Finally,it summarizes the significance of curri-culum reform for promoting the development of new energy automobile industry and expects to cultivate engineers and professionals who can adapt to the needs of this new field.
