5 Hz经颅脉冲电刺激对EEG影响的研究

摘要 经颅电刺激(Transcranial Electrical Stimulation,tES)可以对人体脑电图(Electroencephalogram,EEG)状态产生相应的影响,因此可以通过特定频率的电流刺激实现对人体情绪、记忆和睡眠状态的干预。本研究采用经颅脉冲电流刺激(Transcranial Pulsed Current Stimulation,tPCS)方式对人体进行经颅电刺激,主要探究在前额叶区域(F3阳极和F4阴极)的5 Hz刺激频率下0.2、0.4和0.6 mA不同刺激处方对EEG信号的影响。对采集的EEG数据进行功率谱密度、能量占比和功率比值分析,结果表明:0.6 mA电刺激的实验组提高了Theta频带(4~8 Hz)能量和Alpha前半段频带(8~10 Hz)能量,这种现象在左侧脑区的中央区(Fp1)和顶叶区(C3)更明显。同时发现5 min、5 Hz、0.4 mA的刺激处方在刺激后对Theta频带能量占比影响要高于5 min、5 Hz、0.6 mA。 Transcranial electrical stimulation(tES)can affect the electroencephalogram(EEG)state of human body accordingly,so it can intervene in human body’s emotion,memory and sleep state through the current stimulation of specific frequency.In this study,transcranial pulsed current stimulation(tPCS)was used to investigate the effects of different stimulation prescriptions of 0.2 mA,0.4 mA,and 0.6 mA at a stimulation frequency of 5 Hz on EEG signals in the prefrontal region(F3 anode and F4 cathode).The power spectral density,energy percentage and power ratio analyses of the acquired EEG data showed that the experimental group with 0.6 mA electrical stimulation increased the energy of the Theta band(4~8 Hz)and the energy of the first half of the Alpha band(8~10 Hz),and that this phenomenon was more pronounced in the central(Fp1)and parietal(C3)regions of the left brain area.It was also found that the stimulus prescription of 5 min、5 Hz、0.4 mA had a higher post-stimulus effect on the Theta band energy percentage than 5 min、5 Hz、0.6 mA.
