高职院校“五维一体”劳创融合育人机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of"Five-Dimension Integration"of Labor-Innovation Integrated Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育与创新创业教育融合育人是新时代培养创新型劳动者的迫切要求,也是实现劳动创新的重要之举。高职院校应构建完善的组织管理机制以强化劳创融合育人的顶层设计;构建多方联动的融合育人运行机制以形成劳创融合育人合力;构建教师融合育人素质提升机制以发挥劳创融合育人的主力军作用;构建科学多维的评价机制以确保劳创融合育人实效;构建全方位的支持保障机制以形成劳创融合育人的完备保障体系,促进高职学生成长成才。

The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an urgent requirement for cultivating creative workers in the new era,and it is also an important way to realize labor innovation.To labor-innovation integrated education,higher vocational colleges should build a complete organization and management mechanism to strengthen the top-level design;construct a multi-linkage cooperative education operation mechanism to form a joint force;build a mechanism to improve teachers′integrated education quality to play the main role;establish a scientific and multidimensional quality evaluation mechanism to ensure effectiveness;and build a comprehensive support and guarantee mechanism to form a complete guarantee system,so as to promote the growth of higher vocational colleges students.
