文化生产理论视野下高职学生的成长叙事研究

摘要 文化生产理论提供了一种阐释高职学生成长叙事的框架和视角,可以更深入地理解高职学生成长叙事背后的文化逻辑和社会机制。在厘清高职学生成长叙事的主要内容基础上,从文化背景与关键事件两个方面对高职学生的成长叙事进行了分析。研究发现,高职学生的职校经历对其成长具有显著的正向作用。因此,政府应加强政策分类引导,高职院校应推广及时激励的教育教学模式,家庭教育应发挥积极作用,不同主体共同助力高职学生的成长。 The theory of cultural production provides a framework and perspective to explain the growth narrative of higher vocational college students,which can further comprehend the cultural logic and social mechanism behind their growth.On the basis of clarifying the main content of the growth of higher vocational college students,this paper analyzes the growth narrative of higher vocational college students from two aspects of cultural background and key events.It is found that the vocational school experience of higher vocational college students has a significant and positive effect on their growth.Therefore,the government should strengthen policy classification guidance,higher vocational colleges should promote timely incentive education and teaching mode,family education should play an active role,and different subjects should jointly help the growth of higher vocational college students.
