聚合物微球性能影响因素室内实验研究——以渤海X油田水质为例

摘要 为探究海上油田注入水水质对微球调驱性能的影响规律,对微球基本性能和X油田污水组成进行了测试,评价了污水影响下微球在多孔介质中注入、运移和封堵性能。结果表明:X油田污水含有96.34 mg/L悬浮物和11.87 mg/L油污,矿化度为26205.37 mg/L;悬浮物对微球粒径影响最大,使粒径增大15~25倍;受污水影响,微球在(1000~5000)×10^(-3)μm^(2)的岩心中注入压力上升更快;污水配制的微球调剖效果较差,改善分流率和提高采收率18.45%,幅度不及去离子水配制的情况。 To investigate the influence of water quality on the performance of microspheres in profile control and flooding in offshore oil fields,the basic properties of microspheres and the composition of wastewater in X oilfield were tested.The injection,migration and plugging performance of microspheres in porous media under the influence of wastewater were also evaluated.The results indicated that the waste water from X oilfield contained 96.34 mg/L suspended solids,11.87 mg/L oil contamination,with a salinity of 26205.37 mg/L.Suspended solids have the greatest impact on the microsphere particle size,increasing it by 15-25 times.Affected by the wastewater,microspheres injected into rock cores of with permeability ranging from 1000×10^(-3)μm^(2) to 5000×10^(-3)μm^(2) experience a faster increase in pressure.The profile control performance of microspheres prepared with wastewater is poor,improving the diversion rate and increasing the recovery rate by 18.45%,which is not as significant as microspheres prepared with deionized water.The experimental results provide valuable insights into the application of microsphere flooding technology in offshore oil fields.
