摘要
采用了UV 2450分光光度仪和EDX-8000 X射线能谱仪分别测定了聚酯切片中的二氧化钛含量,对比分析了2种分析方法的操作条件。结果表明,X射线荧光度法的线性相关性、准确度、精密度均优于分光光度法,分析时间也由70 min缩短到30 min,并且二氧化钛的加标回收率能达到98%~102%,相对标准偏差为0.49。
The content of titanium dioxide in polyester chips was determined by UV 2450 spectrophotometer and EDX-8000 X-ray spectrometer,respectively,and the operating conditions of the two analytical methods were compared and analyzed.The results show that the linear correlation,accuracy and precision of X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometry are better than spectrophotometry,and the analysis time is shortened from 70 min to 30 min.The recovery rate of titanium dioxide can reach 98%-102%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.49.
